The name of the tournament is GOLFSTRØMMEN REGION TOUR 2011.

The tournament is held at Lofoten Golfklubb from 28 May 2011 at 09:00 to 29 May 2011 at 11:00.

Tournament fee is 250 NOK per players.

There will be played in 2 groups divided by gender and handicap.
  • The group with the name "Damer" is to ladies with handicap between +5.0 and 36.0.
  • The group with the name "Herrer" is to men with handicap between +5.0 and 26.5.


The tournament is an open tournament.

Max. number of players are 60.

The tournament has a waiting list sorted after "first come - first serve" principle.

The tournament has handicap limitations divided by gender.
  • For ladies then handicap not higher than 36.0.
  • For men then handicap not higher than 26.5.


There will be played 2 rounds.
  • Round 1 played on the 28 May 2011.
  • Round 2 played on the 29 May 2011.


There will be played on the course Lofoten Links.

There will be played strokeplay without handicap over 36 holes.

Playing with different maximum handicap allowances divided by group.
  • The group Damer plays with a maximum handicap allowance of 36.0.
  • The group Herrer plays with a maximum handicap allowance of 26.5.

There will be played from different tees used for gender and round.
  • All ladies must be played from red tee, regardless of round.
  • All men must be played from yellow tee In round 1.
  • All men must be played from white tee In round 2.


With a tied result the positions are decided after last 18, last 9, last 6, last 3 and last hole.

Tied 1st. place determined by sudden death playoff.

Competition Stableford Adjustment is used.

Sammenlagtvinner av 4 RT (Lofoten, Tromsø, Narvik, Salten) har WILD Card til NM 2012 !

Dersom antall deltakere overstiger 60 stk. vil den med høyest Hcp bli strøket.

Greenfee til Lofoten Golf Links tilkommer.
