Turneringen spilles som 9 hull slagkonkurranse med handicap 3/8 deler.Hvert lag består av fire spillere og lagene trekkes slik at sammenlagt hcp i hvert lag er så likt som mulig. Startkontingent er kr 50,-.
Samtlige spillere slår hver sin ball fra utslagsstedet. Deretter velger laget den best plasserte ballen og øvrige baller plukkes opp. Deretter dropper spillerne i valgfri rekkefølge innen en køllelengde og slår sine slag. På greenen plasseres ballene på samme punkt som valgte ball og i bunker gjenskapes ballens leie. Så snart noen i laget har hullet ut, noteres scoren og laget fortsetter til neste hull.
NB! Hver spiller på laget skal ha minst to tellende utslag i løpet av runden.
